How we interact with our customers
We aim to provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. This involves our Technical Advisers visiting the homes of our customers to inspect the property and to establish the right solar solution for each household’s unique energy profile. But Due to this situation we will be working on over the call only and no site visit.
There is no reason to avoid the installation program for solar. All installations are proceeding as normal – just with some additional precautions about maintaining proximity to each other.
Customer Service & Support
Our customer service team is ready to attend to your needs. Our service tools are cloud-based so even if in the future our offices are temporarily closed, our customer service and technical support will remain open as our team will work remotely.
