What is a Latitude Interest Free Plan?
A Latitude Interest Free Plan is a payment option that allows cardholders of the participating Latitude credit cards to make purchases and pay them off over time without paying any interest as long as they meet the plan’s terms & conditions. Plans range from 6 to 60 months.
How does Latitude Interest Free Plan work?
Equal Monthly (Instalment Interest Free)
An Equal Monthly Payment Plan requires a customer to pay the purchase amount in equal monthly instalments. Customers have flexibility to make extra payments at any time with no penalties.
After the interest free plan ends, interest will be charged on any outstanding balance at the expired plan rate, currently 29.99% p.a. (subject to change). If a monthly payment is missed, late fees will apply, and interest may apply. Interest may also be charged on other purchases and transactions made on your Latitude credit card.
When an Equal Monthly Plan is for a term less than 33 months, and the equal monthly payment is missed for two consecutive months, the plan will change to a Minimum Monthly Payment Plan for the remaining duration of the term. Paying only the minimum monthly payments will not pay out the plan.
How much can I borrow with a Latitude Gem Visa credit card?
Approved credit limit will depend on your financial situation. The minimum credit limit for Latitude Gem Visa is $1,000 and a monthly credit card fee (currently $11.95) will apply. Other credit card fees and charges may apply.
What can I buy on Latitude Interest Free payment plan?
If you are cardholder of the latitude Gem Visa of the Latitude GO Mastercard credit card, you can buy a wide range of products on latitude Interest Free plan. Look for the Latitude logo when browsing online or in-store to confirm eligibility. A minimum purchase amount applies, and some exclusions may apply.
How do I pay off my Latitude Interest Free payment plan?
You will receive a monthly statement that outlines the minimum payment required, and the available payment options, including bank transfer, direct debit and BPAY®
How do I manage my Latitude Interest Free payment plan?
You can manage your credit card account from the Latitude Mobile App of the Latitude Service Centre. The latitude App is available for download from the App Store or Google Play.

If term is less than 37 months
If you fail to make your equal monthly payment for two consecutive months, you agree that your Equal Monthly Payment Plan with a term of fewer than 37 months will change into a Minimum Monthly Payment Plan for the remaining duration of the initial plan term.
